• Outside eatables & drinks are not allowed.
• Valid photo ID proof required at check-in per guest.
• Rates not valid on long weekends, Diwali, New Year, Christmas, or high occupancy dates.
• Maximum 3 persons per room (Adult/Child)

Check In / Out Policy

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (max 2 hrs) subject to availability and extra charge

Cancellation Policy

Individual Room Booking

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival
• 15 to 7 days: 25% charge
• 7 to 3 days: 50% charge
• Within 72 hours: Non-refundable

Group Booking (8 Rooms or Above)

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• 30 to 15 days: 25% charge
• 15 to 7 days: 50% charge
• Within 7 days: Non-refundable

Payment Policy

• 50% advance payment at time of confirmation
• Balance payment to be made 3 days before arrival
